Lorna Golombick is the founder of Seed Physiotherapy. With over 30 years experience in the health and wellness industry, she is an accomplished holistic health practitioner with her extensive expertise spanning physiotherapy, cancer rehabilitation and women’s health and wellness support, utilising cutting-edge epigenetic precision health and wellness coaching.
Her journey across multiple continents has seen her grow physiotherapy clinics and co-found the Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation, a charity dedicated to enhancing quality of life for cancer survivors which operated for 10 years. However, it was her personal experience with perimenopause that ignited her passion for supporting women through this transformative life stage.

As a women’s health and wellness menopause coach, Lorna teaches women how to decode their genetic blueprint and work in harmony with their hormones. Embracing each woman’s unique biology, enables them to feel more vibrant, healthy, and fulfilled as they navigate menopause and beyond.
